Running?
Tacos?
Beer?
Yup! We got it covered!
Join us every week at 6pm at the Runner's Bathroom for San Diego's funnest training FREE Training group, brought to you by Movin Shoes!
We warm up at 6:08, and do a wide variety of time based intervals after a run warm up and some mobility!
Afterwards there are Tacos!
And possibly Beer!
