All levels Rocket Vinyasa Flow class in a mildly heated room (77-80 degrees). Be prepared to sweat and be challenged in this invigorating, fluid style of Yoga synching breath and movement through a creative, flowing sequence of Yoga postures. Vinyasa Flow is often called a 'moving meditation' that allows you to focus on breath and physical postures while freeing the mind. Modifications & variations are given for different levels.
