About this event
Once attending a minimum of five level 1 classes and feeling confident with inversions, you’re ready for lyra 1.5. In this class advanced students will refine the basics and work on flowing and sequencing. Newer students can begin working on more challenging skills and further testing and developing their strength, flexibility, and endurance. Modifications will be offered depending on your skill level. **Participants must be 13 years or older to enroll.** **No refunds for drop-in classes**
