About this event
An Intermediate/Advanced class emphasizing high-level coordination, shoulder, hip and core strengthening exercises. This class challenges your mastery of the Pilates Principles with the utmost in flexibility, mobility and control. Requirement: Vida Pilates Reformer classes for at least 3 months (or with advance instructor/studio approval). NOTE: In order to join a Pilates Reformer group class at Vida Pilates Studios the client shall be at least 13 years old, a minimum height of 4 foot 5 inches, and accompanied by a parent.
