- ➤ SDG&E’s longstanding relationship with IBEW Local 465 has grown rocky after layoffs, increased contractor work, and a resolved dispute over a union vote involving an anti-union law firm — tension that could affect upcoming contract negotiations in 2026 as the company also added 200 union jobs.
