Flow Floor Work

Fluid and Flow Floor Work is a movement style that encourages you to get lost in the grounding and sensual nature of floor work. Improve your movement awareness and creative potential as you practice easy-to-remember looping sequences that emphasize fluidity and control. Some Beginning and Intermediate floor tricks and freezes will be covered. Modifications and variations will be offered. Heels are optional. But long socks are preferred. Knees pads are suggested. Please book and pay online ahead of time. "No Shows" or cancellations made less that 4 hours ahead of class time will result in loss of the class credit. Please cancel out of the class if you are unable to attend.
