About this event
Our kids empowerment classes/program will include breathing exercises, gratitude and affirmation practices, arts and craft activities, and fun movement based games to allow our participants to focus on self-regulation, creativity, collaboration and physical activity! Our main focus for the kids is to support and facilitate their emotional intelligence and self-regulation through exploration, stillness, movement and emotional support. Unheated.
