About this event

This session is perfect for doubles teams! Expect a mix of shared station work and individual AMRAPs. Your mission: push your limits on the ergs and burpees, aiming for max reps and meters, then recover like a pro when your partner takes over. Just like in a doubles race, mastering your rest will be key to stepping up when it’s your turn. At the combo stations, it’s all about as many rounds as possible within the time. If you're training with your Hyrox partner, try to match each other rep for rep!
