10:30 AM nogi classes are for all levels and can be joinedwith previous experience equal to our 5-Week Beginner course (several months at other programs). Led by Sloan Clymer these sessions have a comprehensive world-class curriculum from a formidable teacher. This class truly features all levels with regular appearances by our top nogi competitors and coaches.
