About this event
ELDOA classes are spinal decompression exercises designed to improve the health of the spine and therefore the individual. The goal is to reduce pain and compression while increasing mobility and performance. We work with individuals that are experiencing any type of back pain and/or neck pain, or anyone that is eager to keep a healthy spine.
