Thanksgiving Stretch & Flow Sound Bath

Join us for one holiday morning or both as we celebrate our fourth year of gathering for these special classes. Each includes gentle stretching and an oceanfront sound bath with a special focus for the day.

Thanksgiving · November 26 at 10 a.m. Begin your holiday with a peaceful reset. We close with a special gratitude meditation to reflect on what you appreciate and carry that feeling into the day. The Experience We begin with slow gentle stretching to open the body and reconnect with the breath. Then settle into a guided sound bath with the ocean as your backdrop.

Everyone receives hands on sound healing with a calming tuning fork moment over the heart.

All levels are welcome. This is a gentle reset for your mind body and spirit.

If rain or weather prevents us from meeting outdoors we will gather indoors at Happy Blue Marble: 3087 State St Carlsbad CA 92008 Approximately a 4 minute drive or 11 minute walk from Beach Terrace.

The Details Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to park and get set up. Bring your yoga mat or purchase the yoga setup add-on when booking and we’ll have your setup ready for you. Bring water sunscreen and sunglasses. Street parking available. Ages 18 and older. Led by Happy Blue Marble.
