Aerial pilates uses the aerial silk to act as a pilates reformer to take your pilates practice to new heights! Pilates is a form of repeated low-impact yet endurance focused exercises. This class will be sure to give you a workout as Pilates aims to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. LEVEL: Suitable for All Levels. *Please bring a yoga mat * * *
 Trilogy Sanctuary Yoga Studio is located in the heart of San Diego in La Jolla. Trilogy Address: 7650 Girard Ave, Suite 400 La Jolla, CA 92037. Please take the elevator to the Rooftop (PH) for classes in the Outdoor Yoga Dome or Outdoor Sky deck. Please take the elevator to Level 3 for classes in the Moon Room or Earth Room. Check in at your studio with the instructor. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to all yoga classes. Students will not be allowed to enter class after the start time. Thank you! NOTE: No-shows and cancelation less than 12 hours before the class will result in a penalty fee.
