Lyra Level 2

About this event

For students who already know the basics of aerial hoop (Lyra) and are ready to build on their skills! In this class, you'll work on more challenging poses, transitions, spins, combinations, and longer sequences while continuing to improve strength, control, and technique. Previous Lyra experience is recommended. You should feel comfortable with basic mounts, poses, and transitions. Wear leggings or fitted athletic pants that cover the backs of your knees.
