About this event

This class is a high intensity class focused on building strength and offering a great physical challenge for those seeking to push themselves and their practice to the next level. To take this class, we highly recommend that students have taken 5 or more advanced aerial classes. The class will move through different Aerial Yoga postures creating a full body body workout, with a lot of focus on the core and upper body strengthening. Expect repetitive movements to target certain muscle groups and prepare to break a sweat! This class is fun, playful, high energy and will leave you feeling energized and alive! There will always be options to modify, creating an accessible class for students of all levels! This is a great class to go to if you are wanting to work towards our advanced flips and tricks classes. This class will sometimes explore movement with double fabrics, designed to cultivate deeper body awareness, connection, and whole-body integration ✨ This class uses body-loaded movement on two fabrics, creating both resistance and support to help build deep core strength, flexibility, and balanced posture. Through controlled, full-range movements, we explore full-body conditioning that feels intelligent, grounded, and nourishing. Please bring a yoga mat to this class.  Trilogy Sanctuary Yoga Studio is located in the heart of San Diego in La Jolla. Trilogy Address: 7650 Girard Ave, Suite 400 La Jolla, CA 92037. Please take the elevator to the Rooftop (PH) for classes in the Outdoor Yoga Dome or Outdoor Sky deck. Please take the elevator to Level 3 for classes in the Moon Room or Earth Room. Check in at your studio with the instructor. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to all yoga classes. Students will not be allowed to enter class after the start time. Thank you! NOTE: No-shows and cancelation less than 12 hours before the class will result in a penalty fee.
