About this event
Pole Silks Level 1 is perfect for beginners or students new to this apparatus. Learn the fundamentals of combining pole and aerial silks, including basic grips, wraps, poses, spins, and simple transitions. Build confidence, strength, and body awareness while exploring this unique blend of aerial and pole movement. It is preferred to bring both shorts and leggings, as different skills are easier and more comfortable in different clothing. What should I wear? Shorts or leggings are both welcome. Choose whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
