Sound & Flow is a guided hour through the full R3 Flow, with live sound from NinaZen playing throughout the session.
You will move through all recovery modalities guided with an R3 Wellness Concierge. On this evening you will get to experience compression, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and hot plunge. All while Nina plays live sounds across the studio. The sound carries through every stage, so you are never stepping out of the experience to find it. At the end of your experience each guest will be gifted a wellness goodie bag with gifts from our favorite San Diego beauty, fitness and wellness brands!
