Aerial Low Fabric Deep Stretch

About this event

This class combines both active and restorative stretches to create more flexibility in the muscles and greater range of motion for the joints. This full body stretch class will feature long holds and repetition through breath and movement to get deep into muscles that need to be released. This class is perfect for those looking to gain more flexibility and to release stress and tension in the body and joints. The class will flow through different areas of the body, using the low level fabric as both a support and a tool to allow full release of the muscles. After a gentle warm up, the class will peak with some active and powerful stretches and then end with a relaxing slow paced restorative style of movement with the support of props to allow deep relaxation in the body and mind. LEVELS: All Levels - Suitable for beginners and advanced students. * * *
