Vinyasa Flow

About this event

Our Vinyasa classes are a perfect balance between attention to alignment and a fluid and graceful flow. Connecting poses together and flowing with the breath creates a dance-like movement that builds heat in the body and calmness in the mind. After the initial warm-up, a creative sequence of standing postures and sun salutations will fill the majority of the class. Sequences include warrior poses, back bends and some basic balances and inversions. Each class ends with deep stretches and a relaxing savasana. LEVEL: This is an intermediate level class that moves at a faster pace than our All-Levels Vinyasa. More advanced poses will be offered for those who wish to take the practice further. For those who are new to practicing yoga, we recommend taking our All-Levels Vinyasa class. For complete beginners, we recommend our Beginners Vinyasa class. Vinyasa is a faster paced class, so alignment will not be broken down in detail. NOTE: No late students will be allowed into class. * * * Trilogy Sanctuary Yoga Studio is located in the heart of San Diego in La Jolla.
