About this event
Aerial experience is required to attend Open Gym. Students must have completed at least two Silks Level 1 or Lyra Level 1 classes prior to participating. Open Gym provides dedicated practice time for students to review and refine skills learned in class. While there is no formal lesson, an instructor will be present to supervise, offer corrections, and provide guidance as needed. This is an opportunity to build strength, reinforce technique, and increase confidence through independent practice. All four aerial points will be available during the session.
