Our Yin classes focus on healing the body and mind through deep relaxation and release of mental, emotional, and physical stress. Yin Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate connective tissues. This class is spent mostly on the ground, with only stretching poses, each pose held for 3 to 5 minutes. It can be more of a mental challenge rather than physical as it forces you to slow down and be still - something that the majority of us find very difficult! This class is accompanied by sound healing, using instruments to energetically unwind and relax the body. LEVEL: Suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome. * * * Trilogy Sanctuary Yoga Studio is located in the heart of San Diego in La Jolla. Trilogy Address: 7650 Girard Ave, Suite 400 La Jolla, CA 92037 Please take the elevator to the Rooftop (PH) for classes in the Outdoor Yoga Dome or Outdoor Sky deck. Please take the elevator to Level 3 for classes in the Moon Room or Earth Room. Check in at your studio with the instructor. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to all yoga classes. Students will not be allowed to enter class after the start time. Thank you! NOTE: Any no-shows or cancelation less than 12 hours before the class will result in a penalty fee.
