Aerial Open Gym

About this event

Open Gym is back! Open gym is for independent workout time. Aerial Hammocks and Lyra's will be rigged for your use. Feel free to arrive at any time and play/practice whatever you like. An instructor will be present to answer questions and offer support. Students are encouraged to work on fine-tuning their basic skills and conditioning. This is not a place to learn new skills - to practice previously learned skills and putting together sequences. A great place to practice for upcoming performances and to meet and be inspired by other students. Come and go as you please! LEVEL: *Must have prior aerial experience or have attended at least 10 advanced aerial or lyra classes at Trilogy Sanctuary. * * *
 Trilogy Sanctuary Yoga Studio is located in the heart of San Diego in La Jolla. Trilogy Address: 7650 Girard Ave, Suite 400 La Jolla, CA 92037. Please take the elevator to the Rooftop (PH) for classes in the Outdoor Yoga Dome or Outdoor Sky deck. Please take the elevator to Level 3 for classes in the Moon Room or Earth Room. Check in at your studio with the instructor. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to all yoga classes. Students will not be allowed to enter class after the start time. Thank you! NOTE: No-shows and cancelation less than 12 hours before the class will result in a penalty fee.
