Your midweek movement reset is here! Join us for a beginner friendly mat pilates class in the heart of Carlsbad Village!

Join us Wednesday evenings for a welcoming, small-group Pilates class designed to help you feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in your body. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to the fundamentals, this is a space to move at your own pace, learn with care, and build a practice supported by community. With only 10 people in each class, you’ll receive thoughtful guidance in an intimate, encouraging environment.

When: Wednesday (October 21 - December 16)

This class features Fundamental Pilates Exercises: pelvic curl, chest lift, chest lift with rotation, spine twist, single leg stretch, roll up, rolling like a ball, leg circles. all fours, back extension.

This class is for you if are looking for...

• a safe and informed space to learn the pilates method

• accountability to workout at least 1x a week

• learn movement principles you can apply to other methods of movement

• a community to support your movement goals

What you'll need:

• Exercise mat (we will have a few to borrow)

• water

• sweat towel

• comfortable exercise clothes

This class is open to beginner to intermediate levels . If you have any injuries or medical conditions please contact us prior to registering for class so we can discuss if private lessons to better accommodate your needs is a better option.
