Meditation not seeming to work well, takes too much time? Tired of the internal messages of the script that runs your life? Are you repeating situations & relationships that don't serve your highest good? FYS is an entree into the art of meditation and metaphysics/energy work. You'll learn easy quick methods for getting you in the space to create the new script for the life you want. If you can't hardly sit still for 5 minutes or you're short on time FYS is for you.

Bring a bottle of water, pen and notebook. Eat before you come. Energy work takes energy.
