Breathwork with John Beck Facilitator - John Beck A local San Diego Yoga instructor, Breath facilitator, sound therapist, hand balancer and handstand instructor, Acro performer, fire perform, aerial straps performer, meditator and best friend to many amazing souls. I studied breath, sound healing and Hatha yoga/ashtanga in Rishikesh, India, studied breath under micheal Brian baker at the breath center in LA where I completed my level 1 & 2 breath facilitating training . Studied Buddhism in Guadalajara, Mexico, in Ko Samui, Thailand and Nepal working on compassion and Loving kindness. I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years I have a 500 hr Hatha, and 200 hr vinyasa certification, level 1-2 breath facilitator training certification, conducting sound baths and sound meditation workshops and Breathwork workshops for over 9 years in San Diego and across the globe.
