Weekend Intensive. Kundalini Yoga opens up their teacher training weekend to a select couple of students who are interested, This weekend is the science of moving energy. Learned how the yogi's used breath, bandhas, prana, apana, and the awakening of the inner flame to maneuver the kundalini energy and experience the activation of their lightbodies. It is established now that breath, sound, frequency, and sacred geometry work together to awaken the energetic blueprint of the human body and reconnect consciousness with Source.
