Enjoy the many physical and emotional benefits of yoga in a safe, nurturing environment. Sequences and postures are selected and modified specifically to prepare the mother for the birthing experience while nurturing the connection with her baby. LEVEL: Suitable for all levels.  Trilogy Sanctuary Yoga Studio is located in the heart of San Diego in La Jolla. Trilogy Address: 7650 Girard Ave, Suite 400 La Jolla, CA 92037 Please take the elevator to the Rooftop (PH) for classes in the Outdoor Yoga Dome or Outdoor Sky deck. Please take the elevator to Level 3 for classes in the Moon Room or Earth Room. Check in at your studio with the instructor. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to all yoga classes. Students will not be permitted to enter class after the start time. Thank you! NOTE: Any no-shows or cancelation less than 12 hours before the class will result in a penalty fee.
