About this event
Power Fusion 2 is an elevated version of our Power Fusion 1, in which the instructors have creative freedom to teach a balanced, challenging vinyasa flow. You will be encouraged to push past your boundaries, to build upon both your physical and mental practice. With a heightened sense of connection to your breath, this class will allow you to dive deep within, and settle into a more vibrant essence of yoga. Heat is between 96-98 degrees. This class is candlelit.
