This one-of-a-kind sound healing experience weaves in hypnotherapeutic techniques and subliminal audio to shift mindset, transform emotional patterns, and foster a more vibrant presence in life. Sessions may include intention setting, gentle stretching, somatic practices, breathwork, progressive relaxation, guided meditation, and/or visualizations.
