Aerial Intro to Tricks and Flips - L1.5/2

This class is designed to review and break down many of the common wraps and movements used in Level 2 & 3 aerial classes. Suitable for beginners who are excited by the idea of flipping and doing tricks with the silk, but recommended to take at least x3 Level 1 aerial classes first. This first half of class will begin with a full body warm up and then the second half will workshop at least one (often 2-3) common poses/tricks or sequences with the silk. LEVEL = 1.5 : Suitable for all levels, but recommended to take at least x3 Level 1 classes first. This is a challenging class but modifications are offered. * * *
 Trilogy Sanctuary Yoga Studio is located in the heart of San Diego in La Jolla. Trilogy Address: 7650 Girard Ave, Suite 400 La Jolla, CA 92037 Please take the elevator to the Rooftop (PH) for classes in the Outdoor Yoga Dome or Outdoor Sky deck. Please take the elevator to Level 3 for classes in the Moon Room or Earth Room. Check in at your studio with the instructor. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to all yoga classes. Students will not be permitted to enter class after the start time. Thank you! NOTE: Any no-shows or cancelation less than 12 hours before the class will result in a penalty fee.
