About this event

The perfect way to unwind after a long day. Join us in this full body workout, including deep stretches that will help you to sleep like a baby. Work your full body AND feel relaxed at the same time with this blissful combination of pilates, stretching, and relaxation. This class is lit by candles only! NOTE: In order to join a Pilates Reformer group class at Vida Pilates Studios the client shall be at least 13 years old, a minimum height of 4 foot 5 inches, and accompanied by a parent.
