ALL LEVELS - Great for beginners! This well rounded low fabric aerial class will leave you feeling both energized and relaxed. It will include the perfect balance of strengthening poses, interwoven with plenty of deep stretches to create balance, comfort and ease in the body. The supportive action of the hammock relieves tension in the muscles and joints, almost like a deep tissue massage. The fabrics are set up around knee height and there will be plenty of opportunity for releasing and stretching out the spine, with much gentler inversions as compared with the higher fabric of an Aerial Yoga L1 class. Each class ends with a relaxing savasana under the sky to leave you feeling restored and refreshed and ready for the day ahead! You will spend time both on the floor and in the hammock increasing range of motion, rebooting the circulatory system, and most importantly, having fun! Modifications are used if necessary. This is a safe and highly therapeutic class, suitable for all ages and all bodies! First timers welcome! Suitable for all levels. This class may sometimes explore movement with double fabrics, designed to cultivate deeper body awareness, connection, and whole-body integration ✨ This class uses body-loaded movement on two fabrics, creating both resistance and support to help build deep core strength, flexibility, and balanced posture. Through controlled, full-range movements, we explore full-body conditioning that feels intelligent, grounded, and nourishing. Please bring a yoga mat to this class.  Trilogy Sanctuary Yoga Studio is located in the heart of San Diego in La Jolla. Trilogy Address: 7650 Girard Ave, Suite 400 La Jolla, CA 92037 Please take the elevator to the Rooftop (PH) for classes in the Outdoor Yoga Dome or Outdoor Sky deck. Please take the elevator to Level 3 for classes in the Moon Room or Earth Room. Check in at your studio with the instructor. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to all yoga classes. Students will not be permitted to enter class after the start time. Thank you! NOTE: Any no-shows or cancelation less than 12 hours before the class will result in a penalty fee.
