Hammock Level 2

About this event

For students who are comfortable with basic hammock skills and ready for the next challenge. Build on your foundation with more advanced poses, sequences, transitions, inversions, and longer combinations. This class focuses on improving technique, strength, control, and fluid movement while expanding your aerial vocabulary. Prerequisite: Comfortable with basic climbs, wraps, and beginner-level hammock poses, pullovers and inversions. What should I wear to class? Please wear leggings or fitted athletic pants that cover the backs of your knees.
