What Does It Mean to Be a Good Man Today?
Join us for our second gathering of The Men's Table—a space for men to connect, share experiences, and have honest conversations about life and personal growth. This time, we'll explore what it means to be a good man today. We'll talk about the qualities we respect, the challenges men face, and the kind of men we want to become—as partners, fathers, friends, and individuals. Some topics we'll explore:
• The shift from "nice guy" to a "good man"
• Characteristics of a good man and an alpha male
• Healthy habits of a successful man
• How do we respond and mentally reset when we're emotionally triggered, upset, frustrated, or angry?
• Course correcting in our journey
No lectures, no pressure to have all the answers, and no expectation that we'll all agree. Just good conversation, different perspectives, and an opportunity to learn from one another. Whether you joined us for the first gathering or are coming for the first time, you're welcome.
