Let the soothing soundscapes created by David Jenson ’s ambient guitar, didgeridoo, and kalimba, combined with his use of a loop station, transport you into a meditative state. The interplay of these deep, resonant layers of vibration set the stage for deep relaxation and inner exploration. Keila-Rae Jenson ’s harmonium and ethereal vocals join the mix, creating layers of melodic serenity. The gentle chimes of singing bowls, the patter of the rain stick, and the rich harmonic waves of the harmonium weave together, guiding you into a tranquil space where time seems to slow down. This unique session combines live, multi-instrumental sound healing with the peaceful environment of our yoga space. The vibrations and tones are carefully crafted to help you release stress, balance your energy, and enter a meditative state. No experience is needed—whether you come to lie down, close your eyes, or simply be present, this sound bath is a restorative experience for all. Sound Bath Minimum Enrollment : our Sound Bath experiences require a minimum of 4 pre-registered students to run. If this minimum isn’t met, the session may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and all registered students will receive a full refund or account credit.
